In July 2024, Hefei Guanqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. successfully obtained enterprise credit rating certification from a reputable third-party agency, receiving a three-year credit assessment certificate. Simultaneously, the company completed all required registration procedures for its business licenses related to gas equipment and industrial automation instruments, marking a significant milestone in the establishment of a standardized operational framework.
In July 2024, Hefei Guanqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. successfully obtained enterprise credit rating certification from a reputable third-party agency, earning a three-year credit assessment certificate. Simultaneously, the company completed all required registration procedures for operating licenses related to gas equipment and industrial automation instruments, marking a significant milestone in the establishment of a standardized business management system. Founded in September 2020 under the original name Hefei Hanbei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., the company rebranded in 2022. With a registered capital of RMB 1 million, its core business encompasses the research, development, and sales of gas equipment components, measuring instruments, industrial electrical control systems, and intelligent robots, while also holding full qualifications for the import and export of mechanical and electrical equipment.
This credit certification covers five key dimensions: business compliance, product quality control, contract performance and service, after-sales support, and fiscal and tax compliance. The evaluation team conducted on-site visits to the company’s R&D center, sample‑testing workshop, and international trade department, reviewing product test records, supply contracts, after-sales maintenance logs, and import/export customs documentation. Based on this comprehensive assessment, the company was awarded an A‑level credit rating, with the certification results simultaneously registered on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity Platform, providing a credible endorsement for tendering, university‑enterprise collaborations, and international trade partnerships. In parallel, the company completed the filing of its mechanical and electrical equipment operating license, establishing standardized procedures across the entire lifecycle of gas‑powered equipment and measuring instruments—covering procurement, modification, and sales. A three‑tier quality‑control system has been put in place, including raw‑material inspection upon receipt, bench‑test verification of finished products, and dual quality inspections prior to shipment. All shipped equipment is accompanied by standardized test reports that clearly specify core parameters related to emissions, safety, and energy consumption.
Following the implementation of compliance certification, the company’s competitiveness in tendering and procurement has improved markedly, enabling it to participate in forklift‑retrofit procurement projects at multiple industrial parks in Anhui Province as well as in tenders for intelligent monitoring equipment by logistics enterprises. According to Liu Yuhuan, for small and micro enterprises to achieve long-term, stable growth, it is essential to establish robust standardized and compliant management systems. Credit certification and business licenses are not only market‑entry requirements but also internal benchmarks that compel companies to rigorously control product quality and standardize service processes. Staff from the Shushan District Market Supervision Administration conducted on-site visits to the company, provided guidance on refining its product‑quality traceability records, and explained subsidy policies supporting standardization efforts for small and micro businesses. Looking ahead, Guanqi Intelligent will continue to pursue ISO quality‑management‑system certification and refine the development of enterprise standards for gas‑powered equipment, leveraging standardization to drive the simultaneous enhancement of both product quality and service capabilities.
