As industrial facilities continue to raise their standards for production‑environment quality, the drawbacks of conventional diesel‑powered forklifts are becoming increasingly apparent. Over time, most diesel forklifts experience a steady deterioration in emissions performance; after just two years of operation, they often exhibit black smoke, accelerated engine aging, frequent breakdowns, and persistently high maintenance costs. These issues not only fail to meet green‑production requirements but also significantly increase operating expenses and reduce operational efficiency.

As the use of natural gas continues to expand both domestically and globally, demand for CNG/LNG‑powered engines—particularly in the construction equipment sector, including forklifts—is steadily increasing. Drawing on years of experience with LPG, CNG, and LNG fuel systems, and leveraging IMPCO’s latest natural‑gas components developed specifically for the Chinese market, we have introduced a natural‑gas conversion kit for gasoline engines. Compared with the original gasoline engine, this kit delivers minimal power and torque loss while offering significant advantages in fuel economy and emissions performance. It is suitable for gasoline‑engine forklifts such as the Nissan K21/25, H20, Mitsubishi 4G64, and Toyota 4Y models.
