  • MODEL EV & PEV Voltage Regulator

    Explanation

    The EV and PEV models are two-stage gas‑fuel pressure regulators that do not require liquid vaporization. Both the primary and secondary pressure chambers are equipped with pressure‑diagnostic test ports, and diaphragms are available in various materials. The EV model comes standard with a “B” (blue) pressure spring but can be configured with an “O” (yellow) pressure spring.

    The PEV series of pressure regulators offers several fixed outlet pressure settings. The PEV is also available in an adjustable‑outlet‑pressure version. By using the AC1‑74 accessory kit, the fixed‑outlet‑pressure model can be converted to an adjustable‑outlet‑pressure model.

    The adjustable outlet pressure version can also be converted to a fixed outlet pressure version by using the H3-3 spring cover. The latter is particularly well suited for applications where fuel quality remains relatively stable or where emission considerations are of special importance. (The spring cover helps prevent unauthorized modifications.)
